NBCUniversal’s “OUT” Employee Resource Group needed a bold unifying visual for the company’s participation in the Minneapolis Pride Parade. I was responsible for designing the central graphic, which was carried as a large parade banner and adapted into stickers, t-shirts, and handheld flags. The design not only created a cohesive look across all materials but also reinforced NBCUniversal’s commitment to diversity, inclusivity, and celebrating the LGBTQ+ community.
